I have nothing but great things to say about John! Over the summer, I was looking to move out of my Queens home and purchase a condo in Westchester County and luckily connected with John. He was quick to follow up with a phone call, was very patient, and answered all my questions about any property I was interested in. He provided a folder with valuable documentation, information for all the properties and his contact information which I really appreciated. Over the weeks of searching, John would also email potential homes to look at that met my criteria for the perfect home. John was probably my greatest ally throughout the entire process. He was always available by phone, email or text and there was never a moment where I had to say, “Where is he?”... He was always there to offer advice and support whenever I needed it. His expertise is truly unmatched and he does his research. If I wanted to make an offer on a property he would research the neighboring area, find out what similar properties sold for and advise me on making fair but competitive offers. The condo that I purchased initially asked for a much higher price than my accepted offer and I have John to thank for helping me through the negotiation. In such a competitive seller’s market, you don't hear many stories of sellers accepting a lower offer than asking price and John was the man who made it happen. My parents even had the opportunity to meet John and they said they would definitely use him if they ever decide to look for a new home. I have nothing but gratitude and appreciation for John and his talents.

John is indeed exceptionally a very good realtor. He knows how to get things done professionally. He advocated for my family. He is always after what's best for his client's interests.
